Ernie Post is the State Director Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center. He is the leader of a management consulting group with special expertise in government procurement, international trade, online learning, and strategic management. He got his B.S in Business Economics and Psychology at Allegheny college in 1987, MBA in Business at Pennsylvania State University in 1991, and Doctorate D. Ed., Doctorial Program in Adult Education in 2013. He has also assisted in launching the CIM program that provided the primary PC and CAD/CAM training for a Fortune 100 Company.
